All orders are shipped by the next business day.
Next-day shipping does not include products that are custom-ordered / especially prepared such as mithai and some condiments.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will shortly receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
REFUNDS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
We are unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, colour, and aroma. The food is grown naturally and/or made by hand, and therefore no two batches of food will be identical.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
